"X-Life" Premieres This Wednesday on Q Channel 11

"X-Life," newest lifestyle magazine show that's all about living a healthy, fit and active lifestyle will start airing on Wednesday, June 2, at Q Channel 11.

The program, which co-hosted by Survivor Philippines: Palau winner and actor, JC Tiuseco with TV personalities Steph Henares and Gino dela Pena, will have viewers experiencing extreme, exciting and extraordinary activities week after week.


For its pilot episode, X-Life is featuring one of the most exotic summer destination in the Philippines: Ilocos.

Want a different way to tour the north? Try biking! Gino and JC hop on a couple of mountain bikes to get a view of Ilocos' hidden treasures.

Afterwards, Gino, Steph, and JC experience all-surface surfing. The trio go on a true surfing safari by conquering boards on the sea AND sand! Surfing on water, paddle boarding, and sand surfing--the trifecta of boardsports all in Ilocos.

And then it's time for some healthy Ilocano food. Bagnet, empanada, and longganisa may be Ilocos' most famous food delights, but they're definitely less than healthy. Gino and Steph head over to Kapuluan Resort to discover other genuine Ilocano dishes that aren' t just yummy, they' re good for the body too.

'Vote to Evict' Returns! PBB's Crowd Favorites are in Danger of Eviction

Nagsama-sama sa listahan ng mga nominees this week ang mga popular na teen housemates ng "Pinoy Big Brother Teen Clash of 2010" na sina Bret, Devon, Jenny, at Tricia sa naganap na nomination night last Sunday, May 30.

Aside from a possible eviction, the nominated housemates will also have to deal with the pressure of winning their weekly task, which is mounting a concert, with the rest of the housemates.

Celebrity guests Jhong Hilario of Streetboys, former "Pinoy Dream Academy" voice teacher Sweet Plantado of "The Company," and musical director Mel Villena will meet up with the teens to give ideas and voice out their opinions about the concert.
