"Boyz II Men: The Love Tour!" Concert in Manila!

Foreign artists keep on coming back and Filipino fans are just too happy to have them again, and again, for more of their well-loved hits.

Next in line is the Boyz II Men which is set for a comeback concert at the Araneta Coliseum on August 13.

During its last performance here more than a year ago, Boyz II Men paid tribute to Motown music by belting out an awesome array of hit songs by top artists from the legendary Detroit record label.

It was a magical and rapturous moment as the band acclaimed as the most successful R&B male vocal group of all time performed before an SRO audience at the Big Dome songs popularized by Marvin Gaye, Smokey Robinson and The Miracles, The Temptations, Edwin Starr and Stevie Wonder.

With the reinvigorated public interest in its music brought about by its 2007 CD, Motown: A Journey Through Hitsville USA, Boyz II Men is expected to reach greater heights of international popularity and acclaim with the release of its new album titled, Love.

Thousands of Pinoy fans can catch the famous R&B group as it perform with its superb vocal artistry and sophistication some of the timeless romantic ballads from the album – and more during its Big Dome show.

Dubbed Boyz II Men: The Love Tour!, the musical event to be mounted by Ovation Productions is the Manila segment of the three-man group’s ongoing world tour in support of the Love album.

In the CD, Boyz II Men interprets in its trademark smooth, flawless style a string of hit ballads by other top artists, including If You Leave Me Now (Chicago), Cupid (Sam Cooke), Open Arms (Journey), In My Life (The Beatles), Iris (Goo Goo Dolls), and many more.
