You may think that he is an action star always ready for a brawl. But Lloyd Zaragoza with all of his tattoos on has a soft spot. And that is singing.
Lloyd revealed in several interviews that he is already very excited about his upcoming solo performance slated on April 2. Dubbed as “One Night Only with Lloyd Zaragoza”, the event will be held at Area 05 formerly known as Ratsky Morato at 8 PM.
He expressed his sentiments in an interview:
"Eto kasi talaga ang gusto kong gawin, ang kumanta, dahil ito ang naging trabaho ko nu’ng araw sa Hong Kong for one year. Akala ko nga, hindi na ‘ko makakabalik sa ‘Pinas, kaya doon sa HK, pag walang magawa, nagpapa-tattoo ako.
Buti na nga lang, tinanggap pa rin ako ng Greenwich para maging endorser at ng Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin, eh. Mapapakinabangan ko pa rin pala ang tattoo ko.”
This guy that we could easily recognize as the hard core rockstar with John Lloyd Cruz in the Greenwich commercial said that he is already so busy with rehearsals. He added that he does not want people who will watch him to go home disappointed.
“Dahil nagbabalik ako as R&B singer, kaya dapat, bongga ang performance ko. Saka excited ako, dahil makakatulong pa ‘ko sa mga breast cancer patients ng Philippine Foundation for Breast Care, Inc.. Para sa kanila ‘to, saka para sa mga naniniwala pa rin sa akin na kaya kong bumalik sa passion ko, ang singing.”
