Best Picture – Layang Bilanggo
Best Screenplay – Layang Bilanggo
Best Director - Michael Angelo Dagñalan, Layang Bilanggo
Best Musical Score - Ang Damgo ni Eleuteria
Best Sound – Dagim
Best Production Design – Ishmael
Best Editing – (tie) Ishmael and Dagim
Best Cinematography - Ishmael
Best Actor – Pen Medina, Layang Bilanggo
Best Supporting Actor – Marc Abaya, Dagim
Best Supporting Actress – Jodi Sta. Maria, Third World Happy
Audience Choice Award – Astro Mayabang
Special Citation: Astro Mayabang and Ang Damgo ni Eleuteria
The jury did not hand out a Best Actress trophy because they said that this year's entries were mainly focused on the male lead characters.
The 2010 Cinema One finalists will be screened at EDSA Shangri-La Mall Cineplex until Tuesday, November 16.
