Jose Manalo and Wally Bayola topbill the horror-comedy movie “Scaregiver".
“Scaregiver” is produced by Tony Tuviera under APT Entertainment. APT is the movie department of TAPE Inc., the firm behind top-rating noontime show “Eat Bulaga” and top-rating soap opera “Daisy Siete.”
APT Entertainment’s first movie was “Ispirista: Itay, May Moomoo” starring Vic Sotto and BJ Forbes. The box-office hit horror-comedy was shown in 2005. Their second movie was “Txt” starring Angel Locsin, Oyo Boy Sotto and Dennis Trillo. The horror flick was shown in 2007.
This year, APT ventured in full-length animation feature with Urduja featuring the voices of Regine Velasquez and Cesar Montano. Urduja received the highest grade of “A” from the Cinema Evaluation Board.
Now on their fifth movie offering, APT will launch Eat Bulaga’s Jose Manalo and Wally Bayola as comedy movie actors in “Scargiver”. Also starring in the horror-comedy flick are Paolo Contis, Ehra Madrigal and Iza Calzado. The director of the movies is Uro dela Cruz and scheduled hit the theaters on November 26, 2008.
